Objective of the role is to help, support and lead the Supply Chain team into their transformation and day to day activities by: driving strategic initiatives supported by strong financial analysis and data, managing the day to day financial activities with the support of an analyst for the 7 manufacturing sites and ensure continuous process improvement, lean transformation to help the Business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
Global Strategic Initiatives
- Lead global transformation initiatives with the CEO, CFO, and Global Supply Chain team to optimize the global footprint
- Own financial modeling of footprint optimization initiatives working cross-functionally with operations and SIOP to drive effective, data-driven decision making based on capacity and demand planning
- Support the Longmont Supply Chain team in the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor footprint
- Lead the financial analysis for the footprint decisions around the North America Distribution Center and the European Distribution Center
Process Improvement and Lean Transformation
- Support SIOP process development and revamping to ensure business growth is sustained by accurate and effective supply chain planning
- Own the wing-to-wing process of the CAPEX budget - budget development, business case creation, budget approvals, and budget oversite during the 12 months of the CAPEX budget
- Lead the Supply Chain FPC budget creation working closely with Global Supply Chain leader and site leaders to ensure comprehensive and accurate budget planning for the following year
- Support the merger of Controls Solutions and Services and PERS through process alignment and change management
- Work cross-functionally with the materials team to create a harmonized inventory process with clear targets for inventory levels, inventory turns, scrap, E&O, etc. and lead the audit/financial portion of the physical inventory
Day-to-day Support
- Own the CSS tariff model, updates, analysis and forecast. Drive accuracy and transparency in tariff forecasting by maintaining details estimates, assessing P&L impact (FIFO, parts and projects upsides, duty drawback), identifying affected vendors, and consolidating data to the Gas Power level for strategic decision making
- Analyze BWRX BOMs to understand the tariff impact and report to Commercial Leader and Project Manager
- Oversee financials of 4 global manufacturing sites and 2 strategically contracted global manufacturing sites – analyzing inventory trends, operating costs, labor utilization, etc.
- Support the month-close and quarter-close process analyzing FIFO, E&O, freight, FPC, liquidation rate, etc.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 2-3 years of experience in finance

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $83,600.00 and $139,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
