Your role at Clorox:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Supply Chain Leader to own the end-to-end supply chain across the CCAM Cluster (Colombia, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Panama, and Caricom).This senior leadership role partners closely with the Cluster GM and the LATAM Supply Chain Lead, translating business decisions into actionable supply chain strategies that drive efficiency, performance, and long-term value. You will be a key member of the Cluster leadership team, shaping the future of and to end supply chain operations in the region.
This role is based in Bogota, Colombia.
In this role, you will:
Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain for the SBU Cluster, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
Coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams to achieve cluster objectives and build long-term capability.
Collaborate with regional procurement, competence centers, and execution teams to ensure integrated planning and alignment.
Partner with cluster leadership and regional stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end business processes.
Drive digital transformation by implementing supply chain technology and tools in partnership with regional leadership.
Govern and lead strategic supply chain initiatives, including innovation and cost-saving programs.

What we look for:
10+ years of progressive supply chain management experience across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and logistics with a proven record of success.
Proven track record managing countries across the assigned cluster.
Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and retain diverse, high-performing teams.
Prior experience leading end-to-end supply chains in CPG or FMCG preferred.
Experience driving digital transformation and deploying new technologies to enhance decision-making and operations.
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of strategy, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Trusted advisor to commercial teams, influencing business decisions through supply chain insights.
Skilled at identifying vulnerabilities across the end-to-end supply chain and implementing improvements to strengthen and de-risk operations.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting strategy and performance to executive and board-level audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration or equivalent experience.
