Supply Chain Lead - APAC

Genetec, a leading provider of unified security solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Supply Chain Lead to support our growing APAC region.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, APAC, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders, RMAs, compliance activities, and logistics workflows are coordinated accurately, efficiently, and on time. Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Compliance, and HQ teams, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting operational excellence across the region.

• Partner with the APAC Sales team to provide regular sales forecasts that support procurement planning for HQ, local suppliers, and RMA inventory.

• Coordinate the end-to-end fulfillment of customer orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work closely with Procurement to ensure timely order processing and resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor order status proactively and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between Procurement, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams.
• Post packing slips accurately and in accordance with fulfillment requirements.

• Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure accurate and timely customs clearance.
• Collaborate with the Trade Compliance team to ensure shipments comply with country-specific customs regulations.

• Verify purchase orders and pick lists to track shipments throughout the delivery process.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Coordinate with HQ to process Advanced RMA and product replacement requests.
• Verify tax invoices when requested by the Accounts Receivable team.
• Support the resolution of subscription billing issues.
• Maintain records and manage renewals for government certifications and reporting requirements, including ACMA and EESS.
• Support additional post-sales operational activities as the role evolves.

• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, logistics, and post-sales operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Compliance, customers, suppliers, and HQ teams.
• Strong follow-through and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound operational judgment with the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and manage shipment exceptions while keeping stakeholders informed.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

We're looking for someone with practical experience in fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations who thrives in a collaborative, international environment.

• 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, customer operations, or similar operational support role.
• Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners.
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics 365 CRM is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
