Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain team with day-to-day analysis, coordination, and process improvement initiatives across planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to core supply chain operations while contributing to real business needs, including data analysis, reporting, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement efforts. The intern will gain practical experience working with ERP systems, dashboards, and cross-functional partners such as Operations, Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with basic supply chain data gathering and validation (e.g., inventory levels, open orders, shipment status)
- Support the team with simple reporting, trackers, and spreadsheet updates
- Help monitor purchase orders and follow up on routine status questions
- Assist with inventory reviews and reconciliation activities as directed
- Support logistics coordination tasks such as shipment tracking and documentation
- Participate in team meetings and take notes or summarize action items as needed
- Assist with documentation of basic processes and work instructions
- Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Supply Chain team

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in learning about supply chain and operations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions, ask questions, and manage assigned tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
