Gains knowledge of core processes and develops working knowledge of industry terminology.
Rotates through core departments such as Hospital Operations, Finance, Clinical Leadership, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, and Mission/Ministry.
Engages in hands-on projects and shadowing opportunities within various departments.
