As the brand scales rapidly across retail, e-commerce, and foodservice, they’re looking for a proactive and solutions-oriented Supply Chain & Operations Intern to join their high-performing team in Surry Hills. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how supply chain works inside a fast-paced consumer brand—and play a real part in keeping everything flowing smoothly.
The RoleThe Supply Chain & Operations Intern will support Morning Made’s operations team across procurement, logistics, production planning, and retail fulfillment. This is a great role for someone who’s analytical, organized, and eager to build a career in supply chain or FMCG.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating procurement, logistics, and inventory management across suppliers, manufacturers, and warehouses
Help manage relationships with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and fulfillment partners
Monitor and update inventory levels to reduce risk of stockouts or excess stock
Support demand forecasting and assist with planning for promotions and launches
Contribute to cost analysis across sourcing, freight, and warehousing
Assist in tracking compliance across food safety and regulatory requirements
Help coordinate new product launches, working cross-functionally with the marketing and sales team
Work closely with the finance team to align operations with budget and forecasting needs
A student or recent graduate in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills
Analytical thinker with basic experience in forecasting, inventory, or logistics
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
