Job Description SummaryPCS製品 (生体モニター、麻酔器）の物流の内製化プロジェクトをリードするポジションです。
現在アウトソースしている入荷、入出庫、検査、セットアップ、トラブルシューティング、梱包、出荷、配送計画の一連の流れの業務を内製化するリードを行います。
営業、QA/RA、グローバルオーダーオペレーション、サービス、物流、財務、EHS(環境/健康/安全)、施設管理、物流センターといった多くの部署とコミュニケーションを取りながら進めていきます。
この内製化プロジェクトは1.5年の期間を想定しており、安全、品質、納期、収益、コスト、企業文化を劇的に改善する、組織横断的なWing-to-Wingオペレーションの基盤を構築するために極めて重要な位置づけになっています。

• PCSインソーシングプロジェクトのスコープ、ゴール、KPI、優先順位、ビジネスケース、スケジュールを特定する。
• 安全性（規制、QMSを含む）/品質/納期/コストの優先順位に従って、プロジェクトマネジメントの手法/経験を駆使してプロジェクトをリードする。
• 環境変化に対応したチームへのリソース配分、タスクの優先順位付けを行う。
• 進捗状況の可視化、確認、リーダーを含むチームへのアップデートのための運用メカニズムの構築。
• ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを図り、コンフリクトや問題を解決する。

応募資格

• 大卒以上
• ビジネスレベルの日本語、英語力
• オペレーションまたはプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験5年以上。
• クロスファンクショナルチームのリーダーとして、組織の全階層に対する強力なコミュニケーションスキル（書面および口頭）を有すること。
• リソース管理、組織横断的なリーダーシップ、コンフリクトの解決、問題解決、予算の理解、その他関連するプロジェクト管理手法の経験。
• ベストプラクティスを特定し、実施する能力。
• 現場・現物・現実のマインドセットがあること
• 問題を分析し解決する能力
• グローバルチームでの業務経験
