As a Supply Chain Governance Specialist, you'll support supply chain governance, compliance, performance reporting, and business improvement activities across Nuclear Operations. You'll help maintain high standards of safety, quality, and commercial performance while supporting the transition towards An Electric Britain.

You'll contribute to fleet-wide improvement initiatives, collaborate with specialists across Nuclear Operations, and develop your expertise in governance, performance, and supply chain excellence.

Based at our #Gloucester Business Park office, this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home alongside spending 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

You'll join a collaborative team, work with stakeholders across the business, and help deliver effective governance and continuous improvement across a critical function supporting EDF's nuclear generation fleet.

Please note, this role is being offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the Generation Supply Chain Governance Strategy
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting key performance information to drive continuous improvement
  • Supporting supplier governance activities, including supplier records, approvals, and compliance standards
  • Providing guidance and support on supply chain processes and compliance requirements across the business
  • Working with stakeholders and suppliers to promote governance, quality, safety, and commercial objectives

Who You Are

We're looking for a Supply Chain Governance Specialist who combines strong analytical capability with a practical understanding of governance, compliance, and supply chain processes. You'll be detail-focused, comfortable working with data, and able to build effective relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. Are you experienced in...?

  • A HNC or equivalent qualification within a relevant subject
  • Demonstrable experience within a commercial supply chain environment
  • Analysing and interpreting data, then presenting findings using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Working within a supply chain governance, procurement, contract management, or business improvement environment
  • Managing supplier-related information, processes, or databases to maintain compliance and data accuracy
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to support operational, commercial, and quality objectives

Pay, Benefits and Culture

We are offering a starting salary of between £47,513 and £72,951, with terms and conditions covered by the EDF Nuclear Generation Company Agreement. The starting salary for the appointment will be dependent on your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.
