The internship is a 6-month placement that aims to provide students with real Finance work experience related to their degree. The identified candidate will have the chance to work in an international environment, supporting the Italian Finance Team for Grid Solutions, a division of GE.
In this role you will play a part in supporting the finance team.

Il candidato/a sarà coinvolto in diversi progetti in dettaglio nell'area BILANCIO, IMPOSTE, CONTABILITA'
- Assicurare le fatture dei fornitori e dei clienti, i registri IVA sono conformi alle norme IVA;
- Supportare il team finance con l'implementazione di progetti IVA riguardanti il sistema di gestione delle imposte indirette (formalmente chiamato Sabrix) che contiene aliquote e regole globali sulle imposte indirette
- Assistere nella preparazione del rendiconto finanziario annuale e della dichiarazione dei redditi, in particolare con il supporto per la dichiarazione dei prezzi di trasferimento.
- Supportare il team finance nell'audit interno ed esterno;
- Supportare il team finance con richieste ad hoc relative a temi fiscali, statutari e di controllo;
Qualifiche/Requisiti
- Studente, Laureando/a o Laurea in Contabilità o Finanza conseguita presso un'università o college accreditato o conoscenza/esperienza equivalente
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office o software correlato
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese
- Permesso di lavoro UE

The candidate will be involved in different projects in the STATUTORY TAX CONTROLLERSHIP area in detail
- Insure vendor and customer invoices, VAT registers are in compliance with VAT rules;
- Support the finance team with the implementation of VAT projects regarding indirect tax management system (formally called Sabrix) that contains global indirect tax rates and rules
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statement and tax declaration especially with support for Transfer Pricing declaration.
- Support finance team in the internal and external audit;
- Support finance team with ad hoc requests related to tax, statutory, controllership topics;
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge / experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Fluency in Italian & English
- EU Work Permit
