JOB OVERVIEWManage supply chain planning activities to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and support efficient distribution based on business and market demand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Demand Planning: Forecast product demand using historical data, market trends, sales performance, and business inputs.
- Inventory Planning: Monitor inventory levels and develop replenishment plans to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
- Supply Planning: Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements and coordinate with Procurement and Operations to ensure product availability.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient storage, transportation, and timely product delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and disruptions, and develop backup plans to maintain product availability.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency, distribution processes, and overall supply chain costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Clinic teams to align demand and supply plans with business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Develop and improve supply chain planning processes, tools, and reporting to support operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data and KPIs.
- Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning systems.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret supply chain data and KPIs
- Experience with ERP, MRP, or supply chain planning systems
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
