We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our supply chain team, specialising in data analytics. This role will leverage data-driven insights to support supply chain optimisation, operational efficiency, and strategic decision making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, actionable reporting and analysis, driving business value throughout the entire supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Data Analytics & ReportingCollect, validate, and analyse large datasets from various supply chain systems and sources
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide insights to supply chain and business stakeholders
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements across supply chain operations
Support forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning through data analysis
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and IT teams to resolve data issues and continuously improve data accuracy
Assist in the development and automation of analytics tools and processes for ongoing supply chain optimization
Prepare regular and ad hoc analytics reports for management and supply chain leaders
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 1–3 years’ experience in a data analytics, data reporting, or business intelligence role (supply chain experience preferred but not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools
Experience with SQL queries and data extraction from ERP or similar systems an advantage
Ability to analyse complex datasets and summarise findings to non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Effective organisational and time management skills
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new analytical tools and methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical mindset with a drive for process improvement and operational excellence
Ethical, unbiased, and demonstrates integrity when working with confidential data
Become a recognised point of expertise in supply chain data analytics throughout the organisation
Participate in cross-departmental supply chain improvement initiatives
