How You Will Make an ImpactAs the Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will have a strong background in data analysis, with a focus on supply chain, last-mile delivery, and trucking operations. This role will involve analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve our logistics processes.
This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:- Generate reports and provide high-quality data sets, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Confirms delivery dates, tracks ETA, and follows up on delivery status and changes
- Develops workflows and tools that automate data loading processes and help ensure data quality and integrity
- Supports audit requests associated with internal and external audits
- Collect, clean, and analyze data related to supply chain, last mile delivery, and trucking operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Data Management, or related with 2 years industry experience and technical aptitude
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
