As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team in Mexico and play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive operational excellence. Your New Role

The Supply Chain Analytics Specialist is responsible for analyzing end-to-end supply chain data to improve planning, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization. This role combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing In Your New Role

  • Analyze supply chain data such as inventory levels, demand forecasts, service levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports that provide visibility to supply chain performance and support leadership decision-making.

  • Partner with procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, finance, commercial, and IT teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.

  • Build scenario models to support supply chain planning, capacity management, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, OTIF, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using statistical methods and machine learning models.

  • Assist in the integration and optimization of ERP systems and new digital tools within supply chain data workflows.

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems and sources.

Internal Stakeholders
  • Supply Chain leadership (planning, manufacturing, distribution, procurement).

  • Regional commercial teams, customer service, and business unit leaders.

  • Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement and business-oriented mindset.

Technical Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

  • Knowledge of MRP, DRP, demand planning, and inventory management systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure is a plus.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, data analytics, or a similar role.

Supply Chain Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.

  • Familiarity with key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rate.
