We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a dynamic team of experienced logistics and
sales professionals in Alpharetta GA, USA. You will be working for the Wood and Energy Business Area and will report directly to the Operations Manager.

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of products through the supply chain. This role supports daily operational activities including order management, customer communication, transportation coordination, inventory accuracy, and shipment documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, warehouses, and transportation partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Daily communication with customers, warehouses, and transportation carriers to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
- Assist the sales team with order inquiries, order entry, and customer updates.
- Coordinate and monitor deliveries with transportation carriers, ensuring on-time performance and addressing any delays or exceptions.
- Process daily invoicing for customer shipments and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
- Perform inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy across systems and locations.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with incoming import container details and outgoing customer order information.
- Support other team members with supply chain tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor customer deliveries and open orders, ensuring all commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple parties.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
