We are seeking a Super User online to join our team for a fixed-term contract of a one year assignment. This contract will not be extended. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a short-term opportunity to contribute to H&M and gain valuable experience in Logistics

Our logistics facility in Tilburg is operated by a 3PL partner (major player in Logistics market). From DC Tilburg we mainly serve our customers from the Portfolio Brands E-Com throughout the European market. Besides the Portfolio Brands, the operations cover our H&M E-Com customers from several European markets including the Netherlands.
Job Description
To get our business running we need you – a team of focused, structured and logistics driven Superusers to strengthen our H&M online team! You achieve results with clear communication, proactive planning, and a continuous follow up. You embrace our company values and are driven by a will to make a difference. Qualifications
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure and follow-up operations excellence for areas such as inbound, outbound, and returns processing.
- Drive our logistic operations way of working together with the Online Operations Manager, and our service provider.
- Monitor and analyze stock to assure high availability towards the customer.
- Create forecasts using the available data from different stakeholders.
- Handle incidents, manage change requests, and conduct acceptance testing on the DC way of working as well as on the system updates/improvements.
- Inform all end-users about new releases and changes in functionality or procedures.
- Ensure that our garment care and packaging standards are being followed.
- Monitor and order packaging materials needed for the operations.
- Work closely together with our Online Superuser team and support when needed.
To be successful in the role we believe you have:
- Experience in logistics/administration/IT
- Experience from system management and cross functional teamwork
- Strong planning and prioritizing skills, and a pro-active way of working
- IT-savvy; show interest in and be comfortable in working with multiple IT systems.
- Proficiency in Power-BI and SQL, or open to learn.
- Clear and strong communication skills.
- Fluent (written and spoken) English. Any other language is a plus.
- Comfortable working with large amount of data in Excel
