Opportunity

What you will do:

Role Purpose

Coordinates and executes Production Planning activities, including DRP, MPS and MRP, to ensure reliable material availability, feasible production plans, appropriate inventory levels, and on-time product delivery. The role connects Global Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and external suppliers to align operational priorities, resolve supply constraints, and maintain efficient material and information flow across the site supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain DRP, MPS and MRP planning processes in line with the agreed demand, supply, inventory, and service-level targets.
• Coordinate actions to address material shortages, excess or obsolete inventory, capacity constraints, and changes in production priorities.

• Coordinate production and replenishment plan with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Procurement, Global Planning, and Logistics to support uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance, production plan adherence, inventory performance, and customer-service risks, escalating deviations when needed.
• Reconcile deviations between supply-chain plans and actual execution, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

• Implement and execute applicable Supply Chain Management processes, policies, standards, and planning routines.
• Maintain accurate supply-chain data, KPIs, dashboards, reports, and planning documentation to support operational and management decision-making.
• Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of planning, inventory-control, material-flow, and supply-chain processes.
• Participate in supply-chain transformation, digitalization, process-design, and change-management initiatives at site and global level.

 Knowledge and Skills:

•  >10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, inventory management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong practical knowledge of DRP, MPS, MRP, inventory-management principles, and supply-chain planning processes.
• CPIM certified is desirable
• Build strong, trusted working relationships with Global Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and external suppliers or service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and continuous improvement capabilities.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English
• Spanish is desirable
