Position Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator is a multi-functional, early-career role responsible for supporting fleet management and cross-functional operational projects which could include procurement, inventory and logistics. This position reports to the VP PMO & Supply Chain and is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with supply chain, logistics, business, or operations experience who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced organization.


The successful candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities across several supply chain disciplines. The role blends tactical execution with process improvement and provides broad exposure to supply chain, operations, and various project functions, with opportunities to develop into other roles as business needs and individual capabilities evolve.


Key Responsibilities

Fleet Management

  • Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Track fleet utilization, fuel costs, and asset lifecycle information to support replacement or reallocation decisions.
  • Coordinate with fleet vendors, repair shops, and leasing companies.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records and support applicable DOT and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and report fleet-related key performance indicators, including downtime, cost per mile, and maintenance costs.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with supply chain leaders to Identify and recommend process improvements across sourcing, procurement, and inventory workflows.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide leadership visibility into supply chain and operational activities.
  • Collaborate with PMO, Operations, Finance, and field teams to support business needs and special projects.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining procedures, workflows, records, and other process documentation.
  • Provide general operational support for evolving business priorities and other duties as assigned by the Manager, PMO & Supply Chain.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Internship, co-op, or up to three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management, fleet operations, or a related business function.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn new systems and responsibilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in renewable energy, utilities, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software, such as Samsara or Fleetio.
  • APICS, CPSM, or a similar supply chain certification.
  • Experience working in a growing or newly structured supply chain function.


Office Physical Requirements

All positions in our office require interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.
