Our Supply Chain team is integral to the success of defining and bringing our innovative products to market. This position will join a team of supply chain professionals focused on delivering high quality product to our customers with a high degree of product availability and delivery date integrity. The team is focused on scheduling, fulfillment planning and execution of product and service parts through our operations in support of our high fulfillment rate targets.

Primary Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will coordinate product move requests within our facilities and create orders to process interplant shipments. Follow up will include communication with material handling, warehouse and logistics teams to execute the moves and track performance. There is a high degree of customer and inter-departmental communications required with particular attention to detail. Additional work will focus on our shipment promise date integrity across our fulfillment functions.
- Managing the PVR requisition process
- Entering orders to process interplant transfers
- Scheduling pick lists, shipments and special order requests
- Managing order status inquiries, communications and interactions
- Support individual locations and their specific paperwork and processes
- Date management support on all fulfillment activities in our distribution network
Required Qualifications
- HSD or equivalent
- High level of communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office suite experience (Word, Excel, etc.)
- ERP business system experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or related
- Familiarity with distribution channels (receiving, warehousing and shipping merchandise)
- SAP experience
