Job Description:

Responsible for wide range of Supply chain activities including purchasing products in assigned commodity codes within scope of company policy at best price, delivery and quality while maintaining inventory levels to targets. Accountable for the establishment and maintenance of Key metrics and performance measurements and is involved with project management of key products, programs, and/or suppliers. Ensuring a high level of communication, cross functional alignment between departments for the benefit of internal and external customers.

In addition, the associate performs their duties in a manner that meets the company’s operating standards, compliance programs and quality requirements in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. The associate will support all site operations for Ormco and other future acquisitions.

Essential tasks:

  • Responsible for a mixture of internal and external sourced inventory across global MFG Sites, replenishment of purchase orders in a timely manner, controls due dates and expedites/de-expedites product receipts as necessary.
  • Provides different stakeholders with accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates and possible problem areas.

  • The role represents the supply chain function across several sites, often being the focal point for interaction in the cross functional team and towards the broader supply chain. In doing so help build on and establish a closer connection with various departments across several sites embracing key touching points with Customer services, Sales support as well as Distribution center to improve current processes, as well as trouble shooting.

  • Actively communicates with suppliers regarding product availability and delivery performance.

  • Supplier performance reviews, document, and certificate control (define & set up process)

  • Manages Item Master data. Processes set-up requests for new items for Core and Digital product portfolio while continuously improving the current process.

  • Process Product Service Reports (PSR), documents and coordinate returns/repairs of non-conforming products to the suppliers.

  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, Assist Finance in accounting related issues (ad-hoc requests, VAT, GL code related)

  • Invoice matching: coordinate with WH/supplier to expedite invoice payments.

  • Supports T&L related activities: track incoming shipments, follow up with couriers/WH, priority lists.

  • Actively supports other Supply Chain team members in their daily tasks including proposing improvements to current process.

  • Processes orders in compliance with ISO standards

  • Embrace Envista Business System (EBS) mindset of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • MBO or higher is desirable

  • Fluent in English (read/write/speak), other languages are a plus

  • Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems a plus
