POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be accountable for all inventory and intra-network supply for ALTIVIA. Tasks primarily relate to support of the Ketones & Additives business, however this position will coordinate all inventory stocking movements and international supply chains, for current and future ALTIVIA businesses; specifically this role is the central lead for month-end inventory counts, a standardized activity for all businesses and a critical and time-sensitive financial input. This role requires a self-starter personality, strong work ethic, skills to analyze and communicate analysis, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with Commercial Directors, Manufacturing, and senior management to develop and sustain ALTIVIA’s world-class supply chain, and will have a direct hand in ALTIVIA’s commercial success and operations excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage inventories and inventory control process for all plant sites and terminals
- Maintain physical count and ERP system inventory accuracy for the Ketones & Additives business; monitor thoroughly
- Maintain and adjust stocking targets by product and location in collaboration with commercial team; efficiently replenish
- Administer material requirements planning (MRP) for Petrochemicals and Ketones & Additives businesses
- Administer contracts for all terminals; renew, modify, or terminate as needed, and help to negotiate new contracts
- Monitor all inventory-related ERP transactions to ensure compliance; suggest improvements for accuracy, efficiency
- Report KPI’s to management for supply chain activities – network health, replenishment volumes and cost, inventory value
- Manage primary freight forwarder and any secondary international freight relationships, supporting service level
- Support rate quotes for new international business opportunities, including analysis of inventory positioning & cost
- Liaise with operations to ensure that quality & product stewardship expectations are met for all terminals
- Lead coordination with EHS team and external vendors for any SDS or label changes, or new language / geography needs
- Document processes thoroughly, and manage change for new and modified processes and systems
- Prepare monthly reports for presentation to management on operational and cost metrics, inventory flows
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects, and collect data to support strategic decisions
- Lead corrective action investigations for all carrier and terminal issues within the Ketones & Additives business
- Review and approve all invoices related to network and inventory activities, maintain accurate freight accruals
Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a business-related field
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards), data & financial analysis, or import/export activities
