Role overview

A Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the company's supply chain operations. This position involves close collaboration with various teams across multiple regions to support supply chain activities, particularly during significant projects such as system implementations. You will build lasting relationships with 3PL/ 4PL as well as Key Internal Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Regional Teams: Assist supply chain teams in countries like Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, and the Netherlands, especially during major projects.

• Data Management: Ensure the accuracy, performance, and quality of supply chain data systems, maintaining data integrity across all platforms.

• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality management system activities, manage third-party service providers, and provide scientific quality advice to internal and external stakeholders.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and scope. This includes setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A scientific degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience: Practical experience in quality roles within the pharmaceutical industry, including management of third-party providers and knowledge of various dosage forms.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management systems, risk management principles, and data analysis.

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
