  • Passion for CPG Industry: Interest in the confectionary sector, with a desire to translated customer and shopper insights into action.


  • Gain experience in manage the flow of goods and materials across the supply chain


  • Gain an understanding of various supply chain functions and disciplines.


  • Assist in building people capability through effective employee training and communication for front-line hourly personnel.


  • Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations. Assist in the monitoring and tracking of inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records.


  • Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.


  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.


  • Assisting in tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets.


  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.


  • Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices.


  • Report findings to other team members and management as required.


  • Work on large projects and manage time and effort without the need for constant supervision.


  • Assist in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.


  • Learn various statistical modelling and developing reporting tools.


  • Learn to manage production staff to attain production and quality goals


  • Organize and facilitate work team meetings.


  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a university program in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.


  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), data visualization, ability to learn new tech solutions.


  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. Good storytelling skills and PowerPoint knowledge.


  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
