Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will join the Deliver Supply Chain Center of Excellence, which supports initiatives across Conagra Brands by advancing continuous improvement and cost reduction capabilities. You will manage transportation and warehouse system applications, lead future innovation efforts, and provide ongoing support for transportation and warehousing systems across the network. You will drive standardization and efficiency across key applications, serve as a liaison between transportation, warehousing, and technology teams, lead supply chain system implementations, analyze network performance metrics, implement cost controls, and support service and budget objectives.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee system and operational best practices across transportation and warehousing applications.

  • Develop standard operating procedures and one-point lessons for end-user training and support.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Information Technology teams.

  • Lead stakeholder analysis and business requirements gathering to align operational needs with technology solutions.

  • Provide day-to-day business support for transportation management and warehouse management systems.

  • Support system deployment and go-live activities for transportation and warehouse technology initiatives.

  • Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts across the transportation and warehousing network.

  • Serve as the business systems lead for transformational initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and emerging market projects.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and post-implementation stabilization activities.

  • Own business support for warehouse electronic data interchange transactions and integrations between SAP, Oracle Transportation Management, and third-party warehouse providers.

  • Analyze transportation and warehouse network metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvements.

  • Participate in the development of transportation and warehouse technology roadmaps and future innovation strategies.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of transportation and warehousing experience.

  • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with transportation management systems and enterprise resource planning applications.

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, testing, and change management activities.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as business needs require.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$109,000-$159,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
