Summary:
The Supply Chain Business Analyst supports client supply chain business operations through data analysis, business systems support, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The role analyzes business processes and data sources, identifies trends and potential organizational impacts, develops reporting solutions to support decision-making, and partners with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Analyze supply chain business processes, data sources, and system functionality to support operational and strategic initiatives.
Research and identify relevant data sources to support business analysis and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain data sets, reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to facilitate information sharing.
Define business and reporting requirements in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
Interpret trends, forecasts, and regulatory changes and assess potential impacts to business operations.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to manage expectations and support project objectives.
Prepare analyses, insights, and recommendations in accordance with established guidelines and client needs.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and understand current business processes.
Present findings and recommendations to leadership and provide input on alternative solutions and approaches.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of healthcare supply chain experience required.
Experience supporting supply chain, business systems, data analysis, or related business operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
