Position Summary:
We are looking for a reactive, dynamic, target oriented and strong analytic person to perform the Materials Supply Chain role within the Inflow Board of Concessions. This activity requires a strong knowledge of Airbus quality process.
A close collaboration and support in both directions with the Raw Material Support (RMS) team and with the Supply Chain Quality Managers will be mandatory to carry out the activity correctly.
RMS is the most powerful service in Airbus to support any material disruption.
Essential Functions:
In your role, you will be responsible to:
● Manage requests from SCQMs to the IFB (challenging the information)
● Being the Airbus focal point for the Materials Supply Chain during the IFB (having ensured that the full process has been followed allowing the IFB making the correct decisions)
● Interact with SCQMs on a regular basis.
● Identifying improvements to the IFB and RMS.
Additional Responsibilities:
● External workforce operational management.
● Additional Transverse activities can be requested
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
● Experience in Supply Chain Quality or Procurement
● Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer or a related discipline
● Professional experience in quality or supply chain projects.
● Manage internal quality tools as Normaster, AQPL.
● Good knowledge of Airbus standards and Aerospace Raw Material
● Language Skills: fluent English ( French and/or Spanish are a plus)
● Commercial skills are a plus.
● Able to travel domestically and internationally when needed
● Analytic mindset is strongly needed
● Strong ability to work under pressure and a changing environment
