📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

• As Business/Supplier Developer Supply Chain, “Challenge the status quo” is exactly what it is all about!
• You are in charge of leading the development plan of the suppliers, in order to make them comply with the requirements of Veepee.com and deliver faster towards our members.
• You will be in charge of choosing the best logistic flow for each supplier and campaign.
• Besides this, you will be in strong partnership with the sourcing team to negotiate delivery channels, improve the supplier’s service level but also make the sales the most profitable. 
• Strong KPI to follow and to reach.

🎯 TASKS

• Prospect a portfolio of target suppliers for new delivery channels (Dropshipment, multiple orders, consignment stock, …) which will improve the customer experience.
• Visiting new and existing suppliers do discuss logistics topics.
• When enrolling new delivery processes with suppliers, you are in charge of the end-to-end follow-up.
• Lead pre-campaign visits with suppliers in order to share the incidents, help / advise them to find the source of the problem and define a plan to solve it.
• Train our suppliers in new processes and corporate tools.
• After the sale, review the results and give feedback to the suppliers.
• Handle all the “non-standard” sales and act as middleman between the different departments in order to facilitate the organization of the sale.
• Develop a real partnership with in-house sales people by organizing monthly meetings & cooperate closely with logistics (Supply Chain Coordinators, warehouse, …), to provide the best service to our suppliers.
• Stronger the partnership with sales people by working together to have the more profitable campaign.
• Define and follow up on logistic KPI’s, timelines and action plans, focusing on Supplier Delivery Time, Stock Outs, Quality issues etc.
• Working closely and supporting our Supply Chain Planners team in different areas, with issues they can encounter.

👉 MUST HAVE skills

• At least 2 years of experience in the same position or in a sales or supply chain position.
• You have a master degree in a technical or economical background (e.g. Commercial Sciences, Economics, Engineering, Business Engineering,,, etc) or equivalent with experience.
• You are a Negotiator, autonomous, you have the taste of the challenge and are endowed with an excellent relational.
• You have solid communication skills in English and French Or Dutch.
• You are analytical and can break up complex problems into bite-size pragmatic solutions.
• You are motivated by challenges and supporting continuous change with strong operational skills.
• You are flexible and dynamic.
• You are customer driven and have high quality standards, with attention for detail.
• You have ambition & triggered by innovation & change.
• You are open minded, proactive and embracing diversity in your environment.
• You know how to manage priorities and are result-oriented.
• You are very comfortable with Excel & Google Slides

• We are a team of 2 members - 3 with you - working closely with Supply Planners who are reporting to the same manager. We are part of the Benelux Supply Chain Team reporting directly to our Group Supply Chain Director. 
• We ensure that goods of our brands are perfectly sent, fulfilled, and delivered to our final customers in a timely, cost-effective and high-quality manner. This role is a key position in the Supply department.
