We are looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team in Saint-Hubert, QC. Lay the foundation for your future with us!

The Supply Chain Business Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decision making, process optimization, and system improvements across the Supply Chain organization. This role acts as to improve business processes through analytics, automation, and technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Power BI, and Power Automate, combined with a deep understanding of supply chain processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPIs for Procurement
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Build executive dashboards to monitor service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, supplier performance, and working capital.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy through automation.
• Document business processes and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).

D365 Business Support

• Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 Supply Chain Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support ERP enhancements, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT and external partners to resolve them.
• Ensure master data integrity and support governance initiatives.

• Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst, Business Analyst, or Operations Analyst role.
• Advanced Power BI experience including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Strong Power Automate experience designing workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL, Dataverse, or Azure data platforms.
• Experience implementing ERP enhancements or digital transformation projects.
• APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP) considered an asset.
