Job Summary

Work independently. Provide consultation and instruction to internal personnel regarding performance, financial reporting, benchmarking and advanced report development. Develop data models and identify optimal solutions. Develop, facilitate and lead strategic and collaborative cross-functional implementation plans. Demonstrate superior problem-solving skills and serve as the highest-level resource in that area within the organization. Provide strategic direction and subject matter expertise regarding systems, processes and initiatives and follow through from development to full implementation. Prepare and deliver executive reporting and presentations. Mentor and lead assigned work activities of others within the work group, team, or department.

What You'll Do:

  • Design, write, and optimize complex queries spanning multiple data marts and tables to extract, join, and reconcile data from disparate source systems.

  • Design and build warehouse tables that serve as accurate, well-structured foundations for downstream reporting and analysis.

  • Apply Python to support data transformation, process automation, and analytical workflows.

  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools and techniques to enhance the speed, quality, and depth of data analysis and reporting.

  • Connect and integrate data from multiple sources to build polished, executive-ready Power BI dashboards.

  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business questions into well-structured data models and visualizations.

  • Proactively investigate underlying data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.


What We're Looking For:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, or related field of study such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.  In addition, must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.

In lieu of Bachelor’s degree must possess an Associate’s Degree in related field of study, and a minimum of 12 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.

In lieu of Associate’s degree must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 14 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and/or Fleet or related business category such as Operations Management, Materials Management, or Information Technology.


Additional Expectations:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, identify stakeholders, and network with internal and external organizations.

  • Seek to broaden knowledge in areas of the company and industry which will complement acquired expertise.

  • Project credibility and competence regarding data analysis Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, possess highly-developed presentation skills.

  • Demonstrate the highest standards of ethical behavior and support the Company's Corporate Code of Conduct.

  • Demonstrate expert level of knowledge of MS-Office skills.

Expected Salary Range: $100,000.00-$120,000.00/Yr (USD)

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, Materials Management, Information Technology, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, an associate’s degree in a related field plus at least 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least 14 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, fleet, operations management, materials management, information technology, or a related business category.
  • Expert-level Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic consultation and direction.
