Responsible for serving as a liaison between Sourcing, Pharmacy, Ancillary & Support Services, and Operational service lines to support quality and performance measurement initiatives. This position tracks Supply and Purchased Services spend, provides spend and usage information, and benchmarks pricing against external peers. Additionally, this role analyzes qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources and synthesizes results into meaningful deliverables, reports, and presentations. In addition, this position develops and maintains a robust knowledge of the product initiatives and categories supported. Additionally, this role demonstrates outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Collaborates with other analytic staff to develop and improve analytic products. Manages complex datasets by aggregating, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources for reporting use.
- Conducts data mining and extraction from databases and tables.
- Uses analytical techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
- Facilitates discussions with sourcing, pharmacy, ancillary, and operational staff to develop and maintain tasks.
- Develops and maintains tasks and benchmarking for product categories, including performance measurement processes.
- Conducts financial and operational analyses and interprets results to support strategic decision-making.
- Develops and maintains systems documentation and reporting/dashboard deployment.
- Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve organizational performance.
- Analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and provides meaningful data-driven insights.
- Interacts frequently with leadership and management teams to facilitate discussions of existing data products and assess unmet analytic needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization [Required]
- Ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
- Initiative to work independently (self-direction) and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for maximum efficiency and effectiveness [Required]
- Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects [Required]
- Proficient with advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Visio, and preferred proficiency in Captivate
- Required familiarity with data mining/extraction tools and a preference for understanding organizational data sets and data correlation
- Preferred knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods, including Excel VBA, DAX, and SQL
- Able to rapidly learn and become proficient in selected automation and BI tools, with a preference for Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps), Power Automate (desktop/cloud), and other Low Code/No Code solutions
- Knowledge of ERP Systems, including Peoplesoft FSCM and ServiceNow systems, is a plus

Pay Range:
$54,680.66 - $101,717.57Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
