In this role, you’ll serve as a key support partner to the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and cross-functional teams by managing high-impact projects, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders and initiatives at our headquarters 5 days per week.
What You'll Be Doing
Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking supply chain projects from initiation to completion
- Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies
- Track and report KPIs by collecting data and consolidating into actionable dashboards
- Coordinate resources, including contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with timelines
- Support budget tracking for assigned projects
Administrative & Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Supply Chain
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings
- Maintain organized records for projects, vendor contracts, and departmental documentation
- Track and manage expenses for the VP
Cross-Functional & Vendor Liaison
- Serve as a communication bridge between the VP, department leaders, and external vendors
- Coordinate with contractors for deliverables, invoices, and scheduling
- Support cross-departmental initiatives by ensuring timely flow of information
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Prepare status reports and executive summaries on project progress and risks
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency in project execution
What You Bring to the Table
- Ability to be onsite 5 days per week
- Minimum of 2 years' administrative or project coordination experience
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience supporting senior-level role
- Ability to gather, analyze, and report KPi's
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities
- Experience with managing relationships at all levels of the organization

- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000, based on your experience and technical expertise
