Lumana is on a mission to empower organizations by unlocking the value of their visual data — not just record the world, but to actually understand it and extract meaningful insights. Our AI video security platform delivers unmatched visibility and control, helping customers enhance security and safety, streamline operations, and respond instantly when it matters most.

Founded in 2021, we are backed by tier-one Silicon Valley investors with deep team expertise in AI, computer vision, and machine learning. We are one of the fastest-growing video security companies and recently raised the largest Series A within our industry. We’ve built the most intelligent video security solution on the market — one that sees what matters, acts fast, and prevents what used to be inevitable.

At Lumana, teams are small, dynamic, and trusted to lead. We think big, move fast, and execute like owners — because we are. Your impact here won’t be filtered. It will be visible, lasting, and real.

Description

Lumana is looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Specialist to own the day-to-day movement, inventory, and operational readiness of the hardware that supports our global deployments.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, inventory, and technical hardware operations. You'll coordinate shipments across Israel and the United States, manage relationships and workflows with our manufacturing and logistics partners, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure Lumana hardware is properly prepared and ready for deployment.

You'll also support basic provisioning of Lumana servers and cores, including software flashing, configuration, and functional testing. You don't need to be an engineer — but you should be comfortable working with computer hardware and learning technical processes.

This is an ideal role for someone who likes making complex operational processes run smoothly, enjoys being hands-on, and can take ownership across multiple vendors, countries, and moving pieces.

Location

Casarea, Israel (Hybrid)
This role is based in our Caesarea office and requires a strong on-site presence due to the hands-on nature of the position. You should expect to work approximately four days per week on-site, with flexibility for approximately one remote day per week depending on operational needs.

What You'll Own

  • Own day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities supporting Lumana's hardware operations.

  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate visibility into hardware availability, movement, and status.

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including shipping, receiving, documentation, couriers, express shipments, and freight.

  • Manage day-to-day workflows and operational processes with Lumana's U.S. third-party logistics (3PL) provider.

  • Coordinate with DHL and other freight, courier, and logistics partners.

  • Support hardware preparation and provisioning, including Lumana cores and servers.

  • Perform basic software flashing, configuration, and functional testing before deployment.

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware or provisioning issues and coordinate with technical teams when escalation is required.

  • Help establish clear, scalable processes for inventory, shipping, receiving, and hardware logistics as Lumana continues to grow globally.

  • Identify operational gaps and improve how hardware moves from our partners to Lumana and ultimately to our customers.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, hardware operations, inventory management, or a related operational role.

  • Hands-on experience managing shipping, receiving, and inventory.

  • Experience coordinating domestic and/or international shipments and working with logistics providers.

  • Comfort working with computer hardware, servers, networking equipment, or other technical equipment.

  • Ability to perform or quickly learn basic hardware provisioning, software flashing, and functional testing.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly around inventory, documentation, and shipment tracking.

  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Practical, hands-on problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Working English proficiency sufficient to coordinate with U.S.-based partners and international logistics providers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with a 3PL provider.

  • Experience with international freight, customs documentation, or cross-border logistics.

  • Experience in a technology, electronics, hardware, security, IoT, or similar environment.

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers or hardware production partners.

  • Familiarity with server or computer provisioning and configuration.
