Join us to be an integral part of Twin’s business strategy. The Supply Chain Associate will report to the VP of Operations and will support the Supply Chain team with Sales & Operations Planning, management of Supply Chain platforms such as Netsuite, and metrics analytics and reporting.
The Supply Chain Associate may work closely with cross-functional departments to support supply chain updates and action plans. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of fulfillment, transportation and forecasting processes, and will have strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to include: pulling inputs, updating the model and synthesizing reporting.
- Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of monthly meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated business plans are updated.
- Place purchase orders approved by the VP of Supply Chain and Finance team via purchase order platforms.
- Track purchase orders to delivery to the 3PL, communicating regularly with the Manager of Supply Chain. This includes making manual updates to purchase order platforms.
- Update Netsuite daily to include: Purchase order and receipts
- Update specific KPI models weekly and monthly, supporting with new analysis as needed
- Update MBR presentations using KPI models and reports
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to update and help create rolling fulfillment forecast models.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management or related field
- 2+ years of supply chain management, S&OP, forecasting, and/or inventory management experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytics skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite or similar
- Experience with the following platforms: Zendesk, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Strong problem solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The compensation range for this position is $36-$50/hour annually.
