Our employer partner is currently looking to add a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to their team, someone who can support inventory control, forecasting, and cross-functional supply chain planning in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will help ensure inventory levels are properly managed, forecasts are aligned with business needs, and supply chain processes run smoothly across departments.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, organized, and confident working with data, forecasting, inventory planning, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a responsible and proactive member of the supply chain team, you will support the organization by helping manage inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure strong coordination across internal teams.
You will manage inventory levels and action plans, while coordinating with Sales and Schedulers to adjust forecast levels, aged inventory, and work-in-progress planning.
You will work closely with Product Lifecycle Management to support the transition of old items to new ones, including tracking graphic changes, managing packaging depletion, coordinating scrap and credit processes, and aligning purchase orders with updated artwork or packaging releases.
You may analyze forecast versus sales accuracy, inventory turns, raw material demand, packaging demand, target cost versus actuals, and item obsolescence, while also supporting hold inventory meetings, BOM updates, consumable min/max levels, and new item demand planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, inventory management, or a related role
Experience in the food manufacturing industry is considered an asset
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and support informed decision-making
Familiarity with forecasting techniques and inventory management principles
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
