Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Demand Planning Coordinator to join their team in Dayton, OH and develop and maintain an accurate demand plan for key categories across multiple customer accounts. In this role, you will be using forecasting tools to generate and manage a statistical model of customer demand while obtaining inputs, field knowledge, and consensus from Sales and Customer Service.

Your Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of Access Database, Forecast Pro and Inventory Analysis Model for assigned Customers
- Review recommended order actions at the SKU level. Make adjustments as necessary to ensure that lowest level of inventory is maintained while still meeting anticipated customer demand.
- Maintain customer level Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and develop corrective action plans for below minimum or negative trending.
- Capture and report monthly Departmental and Employee Metrics to Label Group Leadership team
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a Supply Chain/Demand Planning role
- Experience using quantitative methods to analyze situations and solve business problems with significant internal and external interaction
- Solid understanding of distribution environments, including purchasing, inventory and warehouse operations
- Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail and follow-up reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
We Would Prefer:
- Experience using advanced forecasting applications highly desired
- Prior experience in and/or exposure to Oracle Fusion

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $50k-$60k. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
