Overview of Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in driving data‑based decision‑making across the division. This position is responsible for analyzing supply chain performance, developing strategies based on KPIs and other metrics, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, and optimizing inventory levels. The role works closely with project management, operations, compliance, logistics, and finance teams to improve processes, reduce costs, support supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of goods while mitigating risk.

The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in driving data‑based decision‑making across the division. Responsibilities:
- Develop data tools and resources that provide insights into supplier management, sourcing, inventory, logistics, and quality.
- Track supplier KPIs and identify opportunities to improve on‑time delivery and overall performance.
- Optimize pricing, lead times, and product quality through effective supplier relationships.
- Conduct analyses to support strategic sourcing and demand‑planning initiatives.
- Maintain data resources to support compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver performance feedback to suppliers on quality, delivery, and service.
- Analyze historical transactions and forecast demand to recommend stocking strategies by product group and region.
- Build and implement dashboards and reporting tools in collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Document process improvements and data solutions through the Continual Improvement process.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned suppliers.
- Support ERP Captains by testing new processes and system updates.
- Assist with revising materials and supply chain work instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Ability to use statistical methods for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
- Demonstrated understanding of KPIs including lead time, fill rate, and inventory turnover.
- Working knowledge of the full requisition‑to‑pay cycle.
- CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management).
- CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).
- Master’s degree with a focus in Supply Chain.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
