We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our SI Operations team. Be a part of leading a comprehensive portfolio of proven, powerful SI technologies, setting the highest standards of integrity and reliability. Remote working arrangements for top talent will be considered.

A Day in the Life

As a Supply Chain Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and inventory performance tracking. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data alignment, process consistency, and actionable insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse, optimize, and monitor end-to-end supply chain processes to support business goals and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize SAP and Business analytical tools to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations to ensure alignment on supply chain strategies.
  • Manage and maintain PLM systems (Agile & Windchill) and ensure data integrity across product development and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee and support PDLM processes such as SVER (Start of Verification), SVAL (Start of Validation), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and SR (Supply chain Release).
  • Willingness and ability to assume increased responsibility.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any relevant fields).
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant fields (Preferred medical devices).
  • Familiarity with Medical device QMS, Compliance processes, Internal & External Audits, Healthcare or regulated industry standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601, FDA requirements).
  • Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Agile and Windchill (PIPO).
  • Deep understanding of Product Data Lifecycle Management (PDLM) processes.
  • Proficient in SAP and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in process documentation and workflow optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and quality assurance within supply chain functions.
