We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic supply chain analytics team. This role will be instrumental in delivering actionable insights to support end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning. The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of supply chain principles and advanced analytical skills to drive decision-making and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data (e.g. inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, transportation costs) to identify trends, opportunities, and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, logistics, finance, and IT teams to align data analytics with business goals.
  • Model scenarios to support supply chain planning and risk mitigation.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supplier performance.
  • Support the deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives using machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Assist in the integration new technologies and ERP systems into supply chain data workflows

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query).
  • Strong skills in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with Python for data wrangling, statistical analysis, and automation.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Understanding of MRP, DRp, and demand planning systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related data analytics role.

Supply Chain Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of supply chain functions: demand planning, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Familiarity with common supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, fill rate).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, XGBoost) is a plus.
