Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of data-driven proposals that enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce logistics costs

• Supervise the analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, cost drivers, and operational improvement opportunities

• Apply operations research techniques, including linear algebra and statistical analysis, to create and maintain optimization models and simulations

• Guide the development of clear, insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Collaborate closely with business development, solution design, and operations teams to support strategic customer engagements

• Ensure analytical deliverables align with commercial priorities and sustainability objectives

• Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and support high-impact commercial opportunities

• Work independently on defined tasks while overseeing team contributions to more complex analytical challenges

We are looking for

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analytics or related fields

• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts, including network design and cost modeling

• Proficient in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Solid foundation in operations research, linear programming, and statistical methods

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple priorities

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to support business development efforts
