We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst at our facility in Plantation, Florida to design and implement supply chain data solutions best-suited to deliver business needs and use cases - from data lakes to analytics tools, across a progressively evolving technical stack.
What You'll Do:
- Proactively assess the data needs of Pharmacy Supply Chain and related functions and partner with technical teams to deliver proof of concepts, conduct quality assurance of data sources, and deliver new data tables, metrics, and analytics products.
- Develop and enhance Supply Chain Business Intelligence tools and reporting.
- Analyze key metrics to advance Chewy's best in class in-stock rates, vendor performance, inventory health and forecast accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between business and engineering teams to provide actionable insights into current business performance and future innovations helping the business scale with growth.
- Lead efforts to automate data extraction and distribution of reports to multiple stakeholders.
- Construct and deliver analytics product roadmaps that deliver insightful and user-friendly dashboards for both internal and external customers.
- Own and continually improve metrics, documentation, and data governance to deliver actionable intelligence.
- 10% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Management, or related field and 3 years of experience.
- Will also accept a Master's degree and 1 year of experience.
- Experience must include 1 year with: cross-functional teams like Analytics, Supply Planning, Inbound Operations, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and IT;
- Ability to build scalable analytical solutions for the broader organization;
- Working knowledge of SQL and proven ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries;
- Delivering high quality and insightful data visualizations and translating complex data into actionable insights using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel;
- Understanding of Supply Chain metrics and experience in identifying trends and KPIs;
- Building processes to validate data integrity;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 10% domestic travel required.
