The Supply Chain Analyst position is a hybrid role (3x per week onsite) and will be based in Fremont, CA. In this role you will report to the Sr. Manager of Materials Planning. The selected candidate will lead efforts towards the downstream of customer communication and helping drive materials visibility through the supply chain.

Role Overview:

Nextracker is looking for an ambitious and motivated Supply Chain Analyst that can join the Delivery Management team and contribute to improving our On Time Delivery of utility scale solar trackers to projects throughout North America.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Generating analysis to assist in understanding risks in project delivery schedules

  • Partnering with Delivery Managers to provide flexible and responsive schedules to support project requirements

  • Support material diversions and returns, and maintain a high level of data integrity in those activities

  • Support ad hoc analysis of supply vs demand, constrained product allocations, etc

  • Analyze data and methods to predict and improve Nextracker's delivery of products and services to our customers

  • Partner with planning, finance, and project management to track and improve both material and logistics costs on Nextracker projects

  • Ensure data integrity of supply chain planning data and management of the data flow

  • Analyze the project pipeline to ensure Bill of Materials and allocation strategy conforms to manufacturing capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration

  • 3 years experience in a supply chain role: Analyst, Planner, Master Scheduler

  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets

  • Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships
