The Supply Chain team owns the whole raw materials, packaging & all kinds of items (office/cleaning & kitchen) supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. It’s a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300+ menu items, and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.

The role:

We are seeking a full-time Supply Chain Analyst with a self-reliance mindset who is willing to help and give support in handling operational tasks where strong xls/spreadsheets skills are required to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup!

You're capable of supporting the sourcing supply chain management to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets.
  • Prepare Inventory variance report to identify deviations from Theoretical vs Physical on time before the day ends.
  • Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery. Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations.
  • Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively to Supply Chain team.
  • Coordinate with Kitchen Managers/Marketplace Managers to ensure the product is received and stored correctly.
  • Track shortages with Receiving reports daily, and action consequently.
  • Assist with the Distribution Process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of previous experience in Supply Chain;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other related;
  • Analytical skills and an excellent use of Google Sheets/Excel are required;
  • SQL basic knowledge;
  • Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers;
  • Since our HQ are located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required
