Chemours is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing Titanium Technologies team. This position will be available at the Chemours DeLisle site in Pass Christian, MS and report directly to the Supply Chain Senior Consultant.

This position is responsible for the daily management and control of finished product inventory for both production lines, including ensuring accurate inventory segregation within SAP. The role conducts analysis and close monitoring of blocked materials, non-saleable inventory, and slow-moving stock, while generating reports to support inventory tracking, control, and decision-making.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure that inventory-related operations run smoothly and without interruption.
  • Control finished product inventories, ensuring their correct accounting and registration in the system.  
  • Collaborate with the quality area to manage products with problems and properly follow up on substandard or blocked products.
  • Daily order fulfillment from on-site and off-site Warehouse
  • Daily management and reconciliation of flush out material and rework material from 1&2 production lines and their correct registration in SAP
  • Monitor slow-moving material, ensuring corrective action is taken, and reduce it to optimize space use and reduce costs.  Ensure correct inventory turnover (FIFO), minimizing losses and obsolescence.  Weekly and monthly reports.
  • Generate specific reports on blocked and slow-moving material for monitoring and implementation of corrective actions to reduce its volume.
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality of the different grades of production and comply with quality standards and that they do not present damage or defects that may affect their sale or use in production.
  • Control blocked material (due to quality rejects, damage, operational problems, etc.) ensuring that it is properly identified, registered and segregated.
  • Control the entries and exits of finished and semi-finished products, generating the necessary reports to maintain the traceability of movements.

The following is required for this role:

  • 2 years of experience, preferably in the areas of warehouses, logistics or operation or some administrative function.
  • Experience in the SAP platform in the inventory and quality modules.
  • Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management
  • Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO)
  • Familiarity with production processes and the management of finished and semi-finished products.
  • Management of data analysis and reporting tools.
