We are continuously expanding and building on a well-integrated operational footprint covering Noth America, Europe, Middle East, Latin America and Asia Pacific.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage and improve the end-to-end flow of goods and information from suppliers to customers. Reporting to the CFO, you'll own procurement strategy, demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, and supplier performance management — partnering closely with our Warehouse Operations team on inventory flow and service levels.

This role also supports our Starlink alliance (equipment demand forecasting, delivery tracking, sales order analysis) and will be a key contributor to our upcoming Salesforce implementation and related inventory and supply chain enhancements in Sage Intacct.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies for sourcing, procurement, demand planning, and logistics to support business growth and service-level goals.
  • Lead sales and operations planning (S&OP), including demand forecasting and supply plan alignment across sales, finance, and production.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including sourcing, contract negotiation, performance scorecards, and risk mitigation.
  • Build inventory models that balance service levels with carrying costs, in coordination with warehouse and fulfillment teams.
  • Track and report key supply chain KPIs — cost, lead time, fill rate, forecast accuracy — and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with finance, sales, manufacturing, and warehouse operations, and support supply chain and accounting systems implementation.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, accounting, or operations management, with demonstrated ownership of planning or sourcing functions.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle) and demand planning or analytics tools.
  • Experience with S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and logistics/freight management.
  • Strong analytical, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Good to Know

  • Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Mixed office and warehouse environment.
  • Occasional travel to regional operations facilities for audits, inventory reviews, planning, and training.
