Join our Global Transportation Planning team, where you will be on an united mission to build the fastest, most reliable transportation network for Wayfair; enabling an exceptional customer experience. As Analysts, we leverage data to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and collaborate with cross functional teams to bring initiatives to life. You will play a key role in creating and supporting our weekly transportation plans and strengthening major promotional events across Europe.
If you
- Have a Bachelor's degree or experience within an analytical field (such as business, engineering, finance, statistics, or similar),
- Proactively tackle problems in a logical manner, utilising both qualitative and quantitative data to effectively overcome and activate initiatives,
- Are an excellent communicator, someone who can translate complex data in a clear and concise manner to quickly build strong and trusting stakeholder partnerships,
- Display strong Excel and/or Google Sheet application knowledge (any programming experience in GBQ or SQL would be advantageous) and have a desire to develop the skill set,
