The Analyst I, Supply Chain is responsible for supporting supply chain operations by managing supplier performance, ensuring parts availability, and resolving supply disruptions for North American operations. This role leverages data analytics, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, and strong communication abilities are essential for leading meetings, supporting projects, and facilitating informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance of assigned supplier partners, monitoring performance
- Generate POs, track order status, and follow up to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials, managing invoice exceptions and supply disruptions
- Interpret and utilize data to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Participate in problem-solving efforts and suggest process improvements to enhance supply chain performance.
- Contribute to projects with internal stakeholders to align on supply chain activities and ability to lead cross-functional meetings
- Own the SCAR process to ensure timely resolution of supplier quality or delivery issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage supply transitions and phase-outs of parts or suppliers with minimal disruption.
- Compile data and present findings or updates to management and cross-functional teams.
- Efficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
