Role Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst supports key supply chain functions including planning, procurement, materials management, inventory control, and logistics. This role is responsible for data analysis, reporting, procurement activities, and driving continuous improvements through insights and operational support.

This position is a P2 level

What will you be doing?

Planning & Procurement Analysis

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze reports and dashboards related to planning and procurement activities across value streams.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within supply chain operations.

Indirect Procurement

  • Manage indirect procurement activities for the site using Ariba and SAP.

  • Create and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

  • Support vendor management and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Inventory & Materials Control

  • Generate reports and perform analysis related to inventory management and materials control.

  • Support scrap accounting activities and monitor inventory accuracy.

  • Manage Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory reporting and follow-up.

  • Assist with inventory reduction and optimization initiatives.

What will you need to be successful?

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Materials Management, Inventory Control, or related functions.

  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

  • Experience analyzing data and creating business reports.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Power BI for reporting and dashboard development.

  • SAP experience required.

  • Knowledge of Ariba preferred.

  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Language

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Travel

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
