Supply Chain Analyst I
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week) in Allen, TX only

The Supply Chain Analyst I supports Resi’s hardware operations through detailed analysis, inventory coordination, procurement support, and fulfillment monitoring. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data tracking, optimize stock levels, and identify areas for operational improvement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically driven, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced supply chain environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Compensation Range: $24.04/hr. - $28.84/hr.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Support procurement and vendor communications by gathering quotes and tracking order status.
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain ERP system data accuracy.
Coordinate with the Sales and Orders team to manage expectations around procurement timelines. - Manage escalations related to customer order delays and fulfillment timelines.
- Own and maintain international documentation, including customs compliance and reporting.
- Track inbound shipments and assist with import/export procedures.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock levels, order status, and component usage. - Participate in RMA tracking, return reconciliation, and feedback loop documentation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support BOM change implementations and SKU updates.
- Assist with technical documentation updates and inventory audits.
- Contribute to KPI measurement and report on supply chain process health.
- Identify opportunities to reduce lead times or improve vendor performance.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field required
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operational support
- Experience working in a fast-paced hardware or technology environment preferred
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
