What you’ll be doing
Handle ad hoc site office tasks, e.g., filing, data entry, distributing mail, answering emails and phone calls
Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for all invoices both Production and Logistic
Work with the Logistic Lead and Production Supervisor and Australian site to enter particulars into SAP
Generate and maintain Goods Receipting (GR) for all consumables within the site
Maintain stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Manage canteen consumables and replenish as required
Who you are
Strong interpersonal, organisation and administration skills
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate with individuals from different background
Data entry skills with accuracy and awareness
Ability to process information and quickly learn new systems
Analytical skills with basic understanding of accounting principles
Minimum high school diploma
Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office suite in professional setting
Hands on experience with ERP systems
