Main Accountabilities:
Ensure proper creation and follow up of purchase orders and internal sales order.
Make sure of the relevance of prices and costs on orders.
In close collaboration with Planners and Commercial Teams, organize purchase orders based on the sales forecasts and purchasing strategies.
Handle transport of goods with external transport partners.
Coordinate inbounds and outbounds with warehouses.
Interact with suppliers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to drive operational continuity and maximize customer satisfaction.
Verify supplier invoices and assure proper coding.
Handle claims throughout the full process in cooperation with SHEQ Specialists.
Contribute to projects targeting continuous improvement and to Team’s operational success.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor degree in Supply chain or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service.
Strong Team-Player, ability to communicate and to cooperate with other Functions/Entities.
High service level standards. Result-oriented profile taking initiatives.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of English (both oral and written).
Knowledge of Czech l. on native level is a must.
Advanced user of various IT tools & ERP systems.
