Why be a Supply Chain Administrator at THG Beauty? 

A fantastic opportunity to work on a 12 month basis in a fast pace environment and become the general support for the Beauty division Supply Chain Planning team by assisting with the intake of stock, supplier compliance and general reporting. A truly collaborative position, giving great insight into the Beauty division. 

As Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll:  

  • Support the Supply Chain Planners with general supplier queries and delivery schedule maintenance across our UK & European WHS operations
  • Support with any weekly reporting to be shared with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with B&M when collating priority orders based on imminent deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the Warehouse & Supply Chain Ops teams to capture any failed deliveries and all evidence that comes with them.
  • Support suppliers with order management & systemic delivery booking support (if required) in a timely manner.
  • Juggle multiple admin tasks, and prioritising these tasks where required based upon urgency.
  • Analyse processes and procedures looking for areas for continuous improvement to support future Supply Chain plans.
  • Work closely with the other Supply Chain Administrators, oversee the group email inbox and ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.

 

What skills and experience do I need for this role? 

  • Supply Chain / Data Analyst experience within a retail environment is an advantage but is not essential.
  • Strong IT skills necessary in MS Excel / Outlook.
  • A positive team player but also have the ability to work autonomously.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
